Regular Conference Fee: 75 Euro
Participants from Africa: 35 Euro
Students : 20 Euro
Faculty Members: 0 Euro

You will get a confirmation of your registration by E-mail. Your registration is completed once payment is received. You need to pay within 2 weeks. Your payment will be separately confirmed by another e-mail that contains your invoice. The receipt of the invoice thus simultaneously confirms the payment receipt and thus the registration.

Please add “Africa Entrepreneurship Conference – KST 852100003” as subject as well as your order ID.
Please pay within two weeks of your registration. Your payment will be separately confirmed by another e-mail that contains your invoice. The receipt of the invoice thus simultaneously confirms the payment receipt and thus the registration.
Prices in the list are final. We will not cover your costs for travel arrangements or accommodation.
If you paid and cannot join the conference, please let us know in advance, latest by 31st January 23:59, and the money will be fully refunded after the conference, latest by 29th February.
If you cancel between 1st February 00:01 and 18th February 23:59, you will get a 50% refund latest by 29th February.
If you spontaneously do not show up at the conference days 19th 00:01 to 20th February you will not get refunded or still be asked to pay the complete fee in case you have not done so already.
At the conference you will get a proof of participation or certificate if you were session host, had a presentation, or poster.
